This is the Counter Terriorist Unit in Los Angeles. George Mason is the Director and Jack Bauer is head of field Opps. He does not go by the book and most wouldn't approve of him methods. but if you need a job done, he's the one for it. And he will do whatever it takes to complete the mission and save lives.
